Bargain Warehouse

Offers great deals! Open on the second Wednesday of the month as advertised. Open for E1-E4 from 8-9 a.m. and from       10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for all others. Located at Bldg. 1139 adjacent to the Recycling Center on East Perimeter Road. All items are cash and carry. Limits may apply. Cash and checks are accepted. See monthly calendar for sale dates.

Boaters Safety Course

Texas Parks and Wildlife sanctioned Boater’s Safety Course is offered daily Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Community Services Mall, Bldg. 895, in Outdoor Recreation. Learn boater safety tips and requirements along with the “rules of the road” for water travel. The cost for the course is only $2 per person and takes about 1.5 hours to complete. Call 652-5142, option two, to sign up.

Eberle Park

Eberle Park – Schedule your reunion or parties with us. Choose from the grill house, two covered pavilions, or the serving house. Rent all facilities for $35, each pavilion for $20, grill house and serving house for only $10 each. Active duty military are authorized to make reservations for the facilities at Eberle Park six months in advance and all other eligible personnel may make reservations 30 days in advance. Come into the Community Services Mall, Bldg. 895, fill out a contract and pay the fees. A base unit/organization using the park for an official function may reserve the park one year in advance. Units reserving the park for an official function receive a Sports Package free of charge.

Engraving Shop

Our engraving operation features state-of-the-art equipment to meet all your engraving needs.  We offer plaques, trophies, clocks, pen sets and much more.

Equipment Checkout

Equipment is available for various indoor and outdoor activities to include birthday parties, hiking, backpacking, camping, hunting, fishing, cycling, water activities, lawn and garden and sports. Click on our brochure link above to review prices and other rental details.

When reserving equipment we need you to come into the facility to reserve equipment. We only take reservations one week in advance with the exception of the bouncy castle, campers, pop-corn, sno-cone, cotton candy and margarita machines, which can be reserved 30-days in advance. A deposit for each of these items along with payment is required. The deposit is refundable once the equipment is returned, inspected and determined to be in good condition.

ITT Equipment Checkout and Price List

Flea Market

Need to clean out the garage or looking for great deals on slightly used household items? Join us at the Randolph Clinic parking lot from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for our quarterly Flea Markets. You can register one month in advance at the Community Services Mall in Bldg. 895. Cost is $15 per table and $3 per additional table. This is an opportunity for you to sell used items and it provides the base community a market to purchase household items from other sellers at a reduced price. See the calendar for dates.

Framing Shop

We offer a wide selection of moldings and mats to make your print complete.  Experienced staff can help you select a customer made combination from an extensive line of frames and mats.

Information Center

A wide selection of brochures depicting local area attractions, parks, sports and civic events is always available.

Pool Parties

The South Pool is available for private parties (June through mid-August) on Saturdays from 1-3 p.m., 4-6 p.m. or 7-9 p.m. A $65 rental fee must be paid at time of reservation, plus $10 per hour, per life guard. The guard fee can be paid at the time the pool is reserved but must be paid 3 working (Mon-Fri) days prior to event date a minimum of two lifeguards after 50 people is required. An additional lifeguard is added for every 25 people. No food on pool deck and only in picnic area. No alcohol. Cancellation must be three working (Mon-Fri) days prior to event date. Cancellation fee is $5.

POV Resale Lot

Lot is located on E Street West, which is off 5th Street West between Hangars 63 and 64. This provides a low cost service for you to sell your privately owned vehicle. Anyone who wishes to place a vehicle/boat or RV lot on the used car lot can sign up with proof of insurance and title or registration. You must also fill out a permit that is to be placed in the window of the vehicle. This permit can be for two weeks or a month. The permit can be renewed if there is no waiting list. If there is a waiting list, your name is added to the list. Prices are $10 for two weeks or $20 for a month. The Resale Lot will not accommodate RVs over 20 feet.

Recreation Vehicle Storage Lots (2)

One is located on East Perimeter Road adjacent to the Recycling Center. The second is located on West Perimeter Road adjacent to the K-9 Kennels. We have spaces in a secure, lighted RV storage area, with 24 hour access. Fees are $25 per month or $250 per year. You can make payment on a monthly or yearly base. Insurance and registration is required for the RV lot. We usually have a waiting list for this lot. Reservation are taken based on priority: 1st priority - active duty on Randolph, 2nd - active duty other bases; and 3rd priority is retirees, reservists and DoD civilians

Tickets

We offer discounted tickets for admissions to movie theatres, sporting events, SeaWorld, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and much more. We also provide discount tickets to most local special events throughout the year such as Fiesta, Folk Life, Wurstfest, Renaissance, etc., as well as local Broadway shows. We offer discount tickets for both Disney and Universal Studios. Click on our brochure link above to review our ticket prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ITT is a TicketMaster outlet which offers special event tickets for the San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Dallas, and Houston areas.

Tours

Kinder Gambling Trip - Let’s go gambling to the Grand Casino Coushatta in Kinder, Louisiana. Bus departs from ITT at      7:30 a.m., lunch in Beaumont and arrives in Kinder at 3 p.m. Check-in to your hotel room and at your leisure you can choose to go to the casino or play a round of golf. A bus runs every 15 minutes from the hotel to the casino. Package includes one-night hotel accommodations, continental breakfast, voucher for $23 from the casino, round trip motor coach transportation and the friendly service of a tour guide. Tour will return at approximately 9:30 p.m. Cost is $60 per person (double occupancy) or $120 (single occupancy). The Grand Casino Coushatta does require all guests to have a valid picture ID and be 21 years of age. See calendar for dates.

U-Store-It Units

Each unit is lockable with an individual padlock, has easy access through 4 ft wide roll up doors and 53 sq feet of space. The units are located by Bldg. 1139 adjacent to the Recycling Center on East Perimeter Road. They rent for $25 per month.
